- Scale of Pay : The SENIOR EXECUTIVE TRAINEE (SET-DR) shall be recruited in the IDA pay scale of Rs 24900-Rs.50500/-
2.Liability to serve any where in india : Persons appointed to the SENIOR EXECUTIVE TRAINEE (SET-DR) POST shall be liable posting /transfert anywhere in india / at any place falling in the operational area of BSNL
- ELIGIBILITY
- Nationality : -Only Indians Nationals would be eligible to apply
- Educational Qualifications : – Applicant must possess the educational qualifications as given belowon the closing date of receipt of applications
4. AGE : Candidate should be minimum 21 years and not exceed 30 years as on closing date of receipt of application . Howevr the upper age limits is relaxable as per the standing instructions of government of india for the following categories

Scheme of examination & syllabus
1.The pattern of the questions will be multiple choice objective type questions (MCQ) WITH NEGATIVE MARKING all CANDIDATES WILL UNDER GO computer based Multiple choice – Objective Type Test of 180 Minutes duration
2.The examination (computer based Multiple choice – Objective Type Test ) will consist of one paper as given below
